1. Subscription Refunds
a. Monthly Subscriptions
- Our subscriptions (Little Learners, Early Explorers, Naturehood Program) are billed monthly and provide access to two downloadable learning units per month.
- No Refunds for Current Billing Cycle: Due to the digital nature of our learning units, we do not offer refunds for the current billing cycle after you have accessed or downloaded the units.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for future cycles. No partial refunds are provided for the current cycle.
b. Trial Units
- If you participate in a trial of our learning units (e.g., through an outside teacher/school), no payment is required, and thus no refunds apply.
- Feedback from trials does not qualify for monetary refunds but may be used to improve our services.
2. Subscription Box Refunds
- Non-Delivery: If a subscription box is not delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided by us), we will issue a full refund or reship the box at no additional cost, at your discretion.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If items in your subscription box arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a partial refund for the affected items.
- Return Process: To request a refund or replacement, contact us at support@naturehoodbymilestones.com with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. You may be required to return the damaged or defective items at our expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you via email of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital Content: Downloaded learning units, visual guides, or other digital content are non-refundable once accessed.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for subscription boxes are non-refundable unless the non-delivery is due to our error.
