These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at naturehood.us.com (the “Website”), printable learning unit subscriptions (Little Learners, Early Explorers, Naturehood Program), subscription boxes, and related services (collectively, “Services”) and constitute a license for your use of our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy at [insert link to Privacy Policy]. If you disagree with these Terms and the Privacy Policy and/or do not wish to be bound by these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility, Access, and Account Security.
Our Services are offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States of America or any of its territories or possessions. By using any of our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all of the eligibility requirements for doing so in the state in which you reside. If you are under the age of 18 and/or are otherwise unable to enter into a binding contract, please cease your use of our Services. The Website is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any content we publish on the Website, as well as any Services, in our sole discretion, and without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period, or if, as a result of such unavailability, you claim to suffer any damages. 2. Subscriptions
a. Subscription Plans
We offer monthly subscriptions for printable learning units in three versions:
- Little Learners: For ages 0-2.
- Early Explorers: For ages 3-5.
- Naturehood Program: For educators teaching all early learners.
We also offer optional subscription boxes with curated supplies to complement the learning units.
b. Subscription Terms
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the subscription fee.
- Access: Upon payment, you receive access to two learning units per month, downloadable from our website.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are provided.
c. Subscription Boxes
- Subscription boxes are shipped monthly and include supplies with visual guides for “ways to play” and “ways to scaffold.”
- Shipping fees may apply, as disclosed at checkout.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and features provided by Naturehood by Milestones (collectively, the “Services”), including but not limited to our website (naturehood.us.com, launching soon), printable units (e.g., Leaf Identification Cards, Yoga Cards, Song Cards), seasonal subscription boxes (e.g., sensory bottles, texture mats, natural elements), blog articles, visual guides (“Ways to Play,” “Ways to Scaffold”), unit ideas (e.g., Leaves, Spring Greens, Construction), logos, trademarks (e.g., “Naturehood by Milestones”), designs, software, curriculum models, and any other proprietary elements, are owned exclusively by Naturehood by Milestones or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may download and print learning units for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with your subscription. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, resell, or modify any of our Services or any content you obtain with our Services without express written consent.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services and our content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., using printables or materials in a classroom, daycare, or home setting for educational activities with children ages 0-5). This license does not permit, among other things, without our express written consent:
- Copying, reproducing, modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works from any part of the Services (e.g., altering printables or replicating sensory bottles).
- Distributing, sharing, selling, renting, leasing, or otherwise making available the Services or any content therein to third parties (e.g., posting printables online, reselling add-ons, or sharing subscription access).
- Using the Services for commercial purposes, such as in a for-profit educational program without explicit written permission.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or digital elements (e.g., downloadable units).
- Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the Services.
If you print, copy, modify, download or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Website or our Services or publications in violation of these Terms, your right to use the Website, our Services, and our convent will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title or interest in or to the Website or any content on the Website is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by us. Any use of the Website, our Services, or our content not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may use the Website, our Services, our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instragram, etc.), and our content only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website, our Services, and our content:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the United States or other countries).

Submissions to our social media channels that will be removed and reported may include, but are not limited to: harassing, intimidating, or threatening comments to another person; comments that promote or incite violence or other action in violation of any federal or state anti-discrimination laws; sexually explicit and sexually vulgar language and profanity; comments that promote illegal activity or violate the legal rights of any person or entity, or which may give rise to civil or criminal liability; solicitations or promotions of products or services of any third party, unless approved in
advance; comments that include false or defamatory information, or are likely to deceive any person; posts that misrepresent or hide the poster’s identity, or which misleadingly give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity; comments that violate privacy or confidentiality; comments unrelated to the topic or to our community; repetitive comments and spam posts.

We at all times shall have the right to:

NATUREHOOD BY MILESTONES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY A DISTRIBUTED DENIAL-OF-SERVICE ATTACK, VIRUSES, OR OTHER TECHNOLOGICALLY HARMFUL MATERIAL THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, DATA, OR OTHER PROPRIETARY MATERIAL DUE TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR TO YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIAL POSTED ON IT, OR ON ANY WEBSITE LINKED TO IT.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU BY NATUREHOOD BY MILESTONES, ITS AFFILIATES, ITS MEMBERS, ITS MANAGERS, ITS EMPLOYEES, AND ITS CONTRACTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NATUREHOOD BY MILESTONES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO YOUR CLAIM.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Kent County, Michigan, which shall apply the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rules.
